Collecting and Usage

The Jungle Theater collects personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, address or telephone number. We also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your ZIP code, preferences, and past interactions.

Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you (read more for specifics).

The Jungle collects and uses your personal information to operate our website and deliver the services you have requested. We also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from the Jungle Theater and its affiliates.

Jungle Theater keeps track of the websites and pages our customers visit in order to determine what services are the most popular and provide broad data for grants. You may also be contacted to complete voluntary surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services, of potential new services that may be offered, as well as for grant purposes.

As a theater that cares for our people, the Jungle will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law.

We have created this email privacy policy to demonstrate or firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information.

The Jungle theater will not sell or share any of our mailing lists and respect our patrons time by controlling the frequency of our mailings. *By purchasing a ticket to a co-produced show, you support other amazing community organizations, and may receive messaging from our partners after.

The Jungle may, from time to time, include external business partners’ offerings that may be of interest to you in newsletters. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (e-mail and name) is not transferred to the third party.

Why did you receive an email from us?
If you received a mailing from us, (a) your email address is either listed with us as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future (“opt-in” or (b) you have registered, purchased a ticket to Jungle co/produced show, donated or otherwise have an existing relationship with us. We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings.

How can you stop receiving email from us?
Each email sent contains an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving email from us, or to change your expressed interests. If you wish to do this, simply follow the instructions at the end of any email. If you have received unwanted, unsolicited email sent via this system, please forward a copy of that email with your comments
