Ticket policies
EXCHANGES
If you cannot attend your originally scheduled performance you may exchange your ticket based on availability. Exchanges must be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled performance date. Exchanges can only be made within the same production and comparable seats are not guaranteed. Exchanges for non-subscribers will incur a small flat fee of $5 (additional charges may apply for groups larger than 5 people). If you are unable to find a suitable date to exchange into, you may choose to convert your ticket into a tax-deductible donation.
We understand that certain circumstances are outside a patron's control. In case of emergency, please contact the box office as soon as possible.
REFUNDS
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds are given. If a patron cannot attend a performance, the ticketholder may exchange their ticket (subject to availability) or turn their ticket into a tax-deductible donation.
SHOW CANCELLATIONS
It is a rare occurrence that a show date is canceled on behalf of the theater for which there is no rescheduled date. In the event that this does happen the box office will do our best to email or call all attending patrons. If an alternative date is not set for this performance or another resolution cannot be reached, a refund may be issued at the option of management.
In case of a snow emergency or extreme winter weather advisory, please check our website and social media for show status. If you are unable to make it to a performance because of weather conditions, please email our Artist and Audience Services manager here within 48 hours of the missed performance. We will do our best to seat you in another performance of the same show as availability permits; comparable seating is not guaranteed
LATE SEATING
Matinees begin at 2pm and evening shows begin at 7:30pm. After the doors have closed and the curtain has risen, we cannot guarantee that you will be seated or that you will be seated in your originally assigned seats.
Our Front of House staff will do what they can to seat late patrons in a way that is discreet and respectful to those already in the theater. Late seating is done at the discretion of the house supervisor and is subject to availability. No late seating will be done after intermission or more than 45 minutes into a performance without an intermission.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
For patrons with children and teens please see our individual show pages for our most accurate age recommendations and content warnings. Please understand that these recommendations are not absolute or all encompassing. Ultimately attendance is based on parental or guardian discretion.
**Please note alcohol is sold on the premises at concessions.
