Letter from our Artistic Director
Curiosity, hope, anger, joy, despair and wonder. These are all of the emotions associated with the past few months. In our lives during this time of transformation and change all of these reactions make weekly (if not daily) visits.
In this new venture for the Jungle, we see the people behind the process. All of these emotions resonate. There is no one way to take in the artists’ labors of love that are assembled. There’s no right answer, there is just expansion, empathy and grace.
I hope you enjoy Shine a Light.

SHINE A LIGHT Covid Safety Guidelines
TO PROTECT OUR PATRONS’ HEALTH AND SAFETY, THIS ENTIRELY OUTDOOR EVENT IS DESIGNED TO ENCOURAGE VIEWERS TO ENJOY THE DISPLAY AT THEIR OWN PACE, WHILE BEING MINDFUL OF SOCIAL DISTANCING. PLEASE FOLLOW WHEN VISITING OUR SHINE A LIGHT EVENT:
1. Masks will be required for this event
2. Please practice social distancing - 6 feet between people at all times
3. We are limiting capacity to 30 viewers at one time
4. No restrooms will be available for use
5. Directional signage will be present to direct walking traffic during projection hours
6. No reservations needed. However, we do require patrons to use the self-service check-in site located under the Jungle's marquee during projection hours
7. Parking- for our viewers’ safety, if parking in the Garfield City lot, we encourage visitors to enter from Garfield Avenue rather than the alley access on Lyndale. Street parking on Lyndale Avenue is also available
